The loss of a loved one is obviously never easy, in this instance my mother. However the service supplied by G+W at Stonehaven was second to none. Michelle there was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Susan who conducted the actual funeral proceedings/service was amazing too. We were kept informed of everything from start to finish and the arrangements were made with the minimum fuss and distress to the family. Setting up the plan was easy but we were supposed to be informed when the cremation would take place- we weren't. Also still waiting to be able to collect the ashes [ 11 days after the cremation]. However- would still recommend - mostly efficient and kind!
