A lovely tribute to the Scottish land girls, nice to see them looking out over the farm fields. The piece looks stunning at sunset. My kids are doing a project on WW2 at school and they loved being able to go back and tell their teacher they'd been here and learnt a wee bit of history. There's a bench to sit down and reflect behind the ladies and the spot itself, though near the main road, is actually quiet.

A glorious silhouette against the sky over Buckie, this steel-cut memorial pays tribute to the thousands of land girls and lumber jills. They toiled in the toughest conditions to keep the nation fed and equipped during both world wars. There’s a little parking spot with level access and a bench to rest on

Beautiful fitting memorial to the womens Land Army, or Land Girl's as they were known. A peaceful beautiful place overlooking farmland and the sea. It's in the heart of the countryside on farms the girls worked on so dont go expecting a cafe or facilities.

Wonderful design of land army women. Set in stunning Moray, with great views over the sea and land. Take a picnic and sit a while! Take your rubbish home. It's wheelchair accessible.

Lovely peaceful & tranquil area with a beautiful backdrop when the sun catches the Land Girls in the background. Moray is beautiful. ☀️
