I've been in the sad situation of organising five funerals and found Mark and his team extremely easy to deal with. Very professional with exactly the right level of advice and guidance. Charges were all explained in detail and we organised the flowers through the company. We initially attended the George St premises but decided to use the Abbotswell Crescent premises for laying out the deceased and the on-site 'chapel' for a service prior to the interment.
