Today we said goodbye to my dad, and I honestly cannot thank Balmoral Funeral Directors in Irvine enough for the care, compassion and professionalism they showed our family from start to finish.
A very special thank you to Stephen and Megan, who were absolutely unbelievable throughout. During one of the hardest days of our lives, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and handled with dignity, kindness and genuine care. Nothing was too much trouble, and their support gave our family real comfort throughout the entire service.

Balmoral Funeral Directors are nothing shy of providing an absolute fantastic service from start to the unfortunate end and in achieving their goal in all departments and then some. My much loved mother in law was most definitely given the service and send off she deserved to celebrate her 83yrs of living. Nothing too much trouble from us changing our minds daily for this and that(sorry guys;)they just got on with it without any fuss. For there care and compassion at such a difficult time, especially stephen and Megan, from the first phone call, to within an hour taking my dad into there care nothing was to much to ask for. From the silly questions to all the small details they were there. Through it all. And for that I will be forever thankful. Balmoral were absolutely fantastic dealing with my Gran's funeral. They take the time to make sure you feel comfortable and listened to and they made the process so much easier and as stress free as possible for my mum. I would reccomend them to anyone!
