After attending a funeral today which was conducted at the graveside i feel the need to compliment Ann who delivered a lovely service with the utmost respect and dignity. My family used ingles to conduct my dads funeral last november and both Ann and her husband went out their way to deliver the funeral we wanted for our dad and that included ian and colleagues carrying my dads coffin up a flight of stairs to spent his last two nights at home knowing fine the were going to have the difficult job of getting it back down on the day of his funeral, this meant a great deal to his wife, i would alw

Once again my family have used Anne Ingles and her husband to lay my mother in law to rest. The funeral was everything we could have wanted to say goodbye and made the day easier for us, we attended her funeral on the 23rd of December and Anne made sure we had her ashes home for Christmas, so it meant such alot to have her home with us in some small way, thank you so much

I would advise nobody to select these people for their funerals.
The big problem was the funeral director's disrespectful attitude at my mother's funeral. When my mother's funeral (Betty O'Neill) was just about over, the funeral director looked at the coffin in the ground and said 'Right, come on we have another funeral to go to' This is sooooo disrespectful and spoiled the whole funeral for me. I paid them about three thousand pounds for that. That makes me really angry, my mother deserved much better.
