I would highly recommend Ian. The compassion and empathy shown really does make a difficult time that little easier.
He goes out of his way to ensure the families wishes are met.
You really can tell that he really cares as we expressed we really wanted a date as soon as possible due to being let down by the service from another company and the upset this has caused, we met with Ian this morning and he had arrangements made by the afternoon.
