★☆☆☆☆ This funeral directors is a disgrace. Today I answered the phone when the woman calling asked for my wife by name, when I asked who she was, she said she was from Forest Funeral Services. I had the phone on loud so my wife heard the call and was upset as she has been ill. We are in our seventies and should not have to put up with this type of inconsiderate and callas call from a company that should be caring and sensitive, which this company is not. It is just interested in chasing people up for work, no matter how upsetting it is to the person involved. This company is an affront to the Funer
