From the moment they became involved, they were professional, compassionate, and incredibly supportive. They handled everything with care and respect and went above and beyond to arrange my dad’s cremation sooner than expected, so I could take his ashes home from Patna, to Newport, South Wales. As this was my first experience of trying to arrange a funeral i was full of trepidation at the thought of making mistakes and letting my late husband down. He was genuinely thoughtful and caring allowing me to phone him at any time day or night to share my concerns with him and to listen to me.
