★☆☆☆☆ Absolute disgrace of a family company. I used this company for my mum previously,, a few year ago. Sadly my dad passed away in June this year. As my dad death was sudden, I phoned Bennett’s Kilwinning 24 hour helpline, and was appalled by the response I received. It was an older man’s voice who just responded by saying Hello abruptly, I told him my situation what had happened to my dad, this man was slurring his words, saying who is it? What is it? . ★☆☆☆☆ This funeral parlour has a vicious bull dog type on the premises. And on entry it attacked my friend and bit her on the hand. I informed the parlour that I would be reporting the incident to the authorities, but the looked like they didn't give a hoot!!!
