We chose R B Steele to carry out the funeral of our family member we met with Ruth in the Kilwinning parlour from that very first meeting Ruth helped and advised us through every step of the process with care and love the company are very professional they even helped us with the music (which was giving me problems)we were not rushed in any way and always treated us with kindness understanding and love to which we were very very grateful.
