This was my first time having to arrange a funeral. I was called around 1:30am with the news our stepfather had passed. Around 1 hour later 2 guys from white dove arrived at the care home. They were so professional and polite. They explained to me very clearly the next steps to be taken. They just made me feel at ease. Onto the funeral arrangements and Karen was my goto.
