Too many mistakes in adding my son's name to his mother's headstone. They had the details in writing when I visited, but got his date of birth wrong TWICE in an email I was sent for approval. I phoned the manager to complain and was assured I would get a new email......Nothing happened, so I rang a third time to eventually get the correct details for inscription.
Not very happy when you're dealing with the loss of a loved one!
