I have a whole new respect for funeral directors after our experience with Alexander and Dry. Everyone we spoke to there was absolutely lovely. Their sensitivity when they came to collect dad at home was beautiful, we fully trusted that they were looking after dad while he was in their care and by the time we saw him off at the crematorium they felt like friends. They only knew dad after he'd died but it felt like they'd really taken the time to get to know him. Couldn't have asked for a better experience at a very difficult time.
