There is so much I want to say about Paul Morse. Firstly, I had no idea what to do as I have never had to plan a funeral before. From the very first conversation with Paul, he walked me through the process with kindness and compassion.
Paul advised me on what was best for my late mother. He treated my Dad, who was in a delicate state, with such patience and understanding. He came in person to my house four times, and even called on a Sunday before the funeral to make sure everything was in order.
