Clearly very experienced Tony in particular helped me navigate my way through the process, backed up by Mary. The fact that mum, organised to the end and beyond, had already outlined and paid for her funeral was massively helpful. If you are in a position to help the folk who will have to find their way through the process, I highly recommend encouraging loved ones to help with plans whilst they can.

I lost my Mum earlier in the year and contacted Lovegrove Tilehurst without a clue as to what the next steps might be. I spoke with Mary who instantly put my mind in a better place by being very informative of what needed to happen, open about costs and reassuring of the service that they have provided.
Due to some complicated cause of death issues, covid related staff shortages at the hospital and the coroners, the road was a bit bumpy, but Mary worked endlessly to make the dates happen. In my opinion, Mary went way above and beyond my expectations on my behalf, which was such relief in hard
