The girls at the office, Vicky and the other lady were amazing. Vicky was a huge help and support. I had met Vicky prior to my nan passing and made a plan. When my nan died some years later Vicky and our family went through the plan adding more things. The team were absolutely lovely. When my nan passed we was allowed to keep her home that night and they came then next day allowing us to have that time with her. We also wanted nan home the night of the funeral and Tony came to measure so Nan could be brought home - he was lovely. The whole team was so caring and Nan came home like a queen. The

Vicki and the team at Sargeants in Windsor made a difficult and emotional time so much easier to manage. Vicki guided me through the whole process, contacted the relevant people that needed to be involved, the vicar, verger, the crematorium, florist. Arranged for the order of service to be printed and checked to make sure I was happy with the content.
The team on the day of the funeral contacted me in the morning to make sure I knew exactly what would happen and they were punctual as well as being compassionate and efficient.
