Excellent service from Ruth covering the Woodley branch. Made a stressful time organising my Mum's funeral a lot easier. Nothing was too much trouble, when Ruth heard Mum's favourite colour was yellow and we'd asked the funeral attendees to wear something yellow on the day, she organised for James and team to all wear yellow ties at the funeral, which was a lovely touch. James and team did a suberb job on the day. Also Simon at Mum's internment was lovely and very professional, he explained everything and did a superb and discreet job. I would highly recommend them.
