I can’t recommend the co-op funeral service enough (includes Amersham and Hemel Hempstead) as I and my family have had such a caring and sensitive experience which started with the office team Amanda & Wendy and then throughout the burial and memorial. Everyone connected with Mum's funeral care through the Chalfont St Peter branch was helpful, considerate and friendly. Communication was easy particularly through Wendy. Absolutely diabolical experience with this undertaker, having used them in the past before they were bought by the co op.
Please avoid, we had to move our business and our father to GL Skinner in the village who were lovely, professional and caring in comparison.
At one of the lowest times of your life, you need compassion and a professional service which was absolutely lacking from HC Grimstead. They are not based in the village, they operate from Amersham, or Hemel Hempstead.
