Our beautiful pony had been with us his whole life over, for over 32 years. During that time he knew of only love and kindness. When the awful day came recently when he passed away our vet didn’t hesitate in recommending Richard to us. As soon as he arrived we were immediately reassured he would be in safe hands and throughout the process we were all treated with dignity, empathy and respect. Richard really is 1 in a million! Such a kind, caring and compassionate person, I really cannot thank him enough. There was no rushing despite a busy day for him, he made sure my daughter had the time she needed with her beloved pony before her final goodbye. Had to make the decision last week too put our beautiful mare to sleep tonight. Richard gave her so much dignity, trust, and respect from the start to the end of her life, even after she had passed. Richard had also previously done my mares best friend. Was so supportive to me and my mum throughout the whole process and even sat with us with her body after she had passed, he even cleaned up and locked up which was so heart warming and made the whole process so much easier to cope with.
