I lost my Mum earlier in the year and contacted Lovegrove Tilehurst without a clue as to what the next steps might be. I spoke with Mary who instantly put my mind in a better place by being very informative of what needed to happen, open about costs and reassuring of the service that they have provided. Due to some complicated cause of death issues, covid related staff shortages at the hospital and the coroners, the road was a bit bumpy, but Mary worked endlessly to make the dates happen.
