Jayne Tricker delivered a superb service and amazed me on how she had captured all what my sister and I had said our mum was like and interested in, enabling Jayne to deliver a very personal and lovely reflection of our mum. I can’t fault the service provided before and on the day by Lovegroves in Caversham. However, this feedback is for the terrible service I’ve had since. Despite numerous phone calls, my parents headstone has been left abandoned in Whitehill Cemetery. Our plan included the safe removal, storage then replacement of the headstone. 6 months on its still lying on the ground next to other graves. I not only find this disrespectful, but feel for other families who want to visit their loved ones and my mums friends who want pay their respects to see this lack of respect. I’ve now complained directly to
