I used BCM twice in 2016 and 2026 and the reason why I used them again is because their service is AMAZING both times. Aaron, Victoria and all the team are genuinely caring and supportive and make everything a breeze. No request is too much for them and the day went flawless. The Staff at BCM are amazing. We used their services when Mum died 6 years ago. Dad sadly passed away this year and we used them again. Can’t fault anything at all. Jayne was so compassionate and made things so much easier from the start. We built up a great rapport and were able to have a laugh and joke at what was such a difficult time. I will be prepaying for my funeral with BCM now as well.
