I cannot thank Roy Preddy Funeral Directors enough for the care and support they provided following my mother’s passing.
From the very beginning, their professionalism was clear. They guided us through every step of the arrangements with patience, clarity, and genuine compassion, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and thoughtful.
Their attention to detail was exceptional, ensuring that every aspect of the service was handled perfectly. What stood out most was the respect and sensitivity they showed - not just toward my mother, but to our entire family. Not

After having a bad experience with a different funeral director last year, I turned to Roy Preddy when my husband passed.
Ross dealt with my husband’s funeral and he was amazing from beginning to end.
Cannot fault the caring and compassionate service that Ross gave and he set my mind at rest when I was struggling.
Every worry I had was sorted out by Ross with his care and attention to detail.
Thank you Ross, you are a credit to your profession
A 5 star service!

What can I say about Ross at Roy Preddys, from the 1st phone call I had after my husband had passed to the hug I had at the wake, Ross has been brilliant & kind all the way through, he has been very professional, friendly, and even laughed with us at times when we needed it.
I cannot fault the service, time or effort that Ross and the staff at Roy Preddy Funeral Directors gave us. I would recommend them wholeheartedly to everyone, they made us feel very comfortable through the whole process.
I am sure Ross will do another great job at the interment.
Thank you. X Donna, Gemma, Mathew & Jack.
