Staff were super helpful. It was a challenge trying to organise the funeral due to delays but the COOP staff were really supportive and patient whilst I got things sorted my end. I can’t speak for the other branches but would highly recommend Redfield - they made a sad and difficult time more bearable!

From Start to finish, exceptional, caring customer service. Charlotte was amazing and kept us informed at every step. Nicky the funeral director was caring and very respectful on the day. Co-op funeralcare were amazing.

He did our initial meeting and we were delighted when he drove us back home after the funeral as that completed the whole process. Will was approachable, always respectful and checked in with updates and information. The actual funeral was dignified and well or

I highly recommend, a very professional team they made a worrying new experience friendly but so much easier to bear under stressful circumstances. Your loved ones will be in good hands. I can also recommend the florist, outstanding flowers and everything I asked for

We were instead offered a DVD with all of the photos on. This is not good enough - since we all have the photos ourselves in the first place, a DVD is unnecessary, but more than this, nobody really owns a DVD player anymore. This leads on
