Well what can I say, my dear mum passed away and as she had always used Thomas Davis, we felt that there was no other option. Well they did not disappoint. We had a meeting with Liza who was so professional, compassionate and had so much time for any questions that we had. The whole process went without a hitch.
Even after the funeral when I went back to collect mums ashes, Liza spent about forty minutes with me, we had a good talk about mum. She had so much time for me not once did I feel pressured to leave. Amazing service.

Excellent all round. We had the same wonderful funeral arranger for my husband's funeral as we had for my father in law. My husband died at home. The person who took my phone call was calm, reassuring and arranged the collection of his body according to how much time we wanted with him on our own.
All the funeral and cremation arrangements were made according to our wishes with some helpful suggestions. All the staff were lovely in a way tnat helped us manage our emotions.

Such a shame I had to give this a one star as the funeral arrangements were done brilliantly after having to repeat myself quite a few times to different members of staff about my wishes. My mum had a brilliant send off with these guys and nothing was too much trouble. The nightmare began with the outsourced afterwards arrangements i.e my mothers urn which came in a velvet bag which malted a black substance all over the cardboard bag it was put in and also all over the urn itself making it look like my mums ashes had leaked but thankfully we worked out that hopefully it was just the poor quali
