Rosalind, Isabel and Lisa were so brilliant to work with in order to make our mother's funeral so fitting for such an individual woman. The Divine Ceremony office is beautiful and calm for meetings and we were always made to feel like we were their number one priority. From the first moment of contact we knew we were in safe hands. I emailed an enquiry when it was clear that our mother was dying and I received a phone call from Dee straight away. I explained what we wanted and she took it all on board. After her death and when we were ready, members of the Divine Ceremony team came to Mum’s home and sensitively prepared her. The white electric hearse that took her away was perfect – there was a quiet, subdued dignity to it. They told us that they would phone to let us know as soon as they had arrived back at Divine Ceremony and they did.
