Our experience was very different to those in the other reviews. On the day, everything was fine, but the 3 weeks leading up to the funeral were appalling. There were communication errors all the way through that period. For example, they gave us incorrect information about where Mum's body was... In fact at one point, they weren't even sure whether she was still at the hospital or on their premises. There were other issues, too numerous to list here. They were insensitive in their dealings with us and I would never recommend them to anyone. I wrote a letter of complaint where they made lame e
