I have used companions haven a few times in the past few years. Each time I’ve lost one of my dogs they’ve been amazing. They are all really helpful and compassionate every time. I have always had concerns about what actually happens to my pets and after finding out about this company through a friend I’ve not had to worry since. They have always treated my pets as if they are one of their own and nothing is to much to ask for. They have an amazing amount of different options and keepsakes for you to choose from. This was; as I'm sure the same for all pet owners, one of the hardest things I've ever experienced. I've never had to go through the process of losing a pet and felt completely lost in the "what's next?" whilst trying to manage my grief, yet everyone at Companions Haven made that so much easier for me. Their compassion and kindness somewhat lessened the pain in that I knew, when I left, that Honey, my gorgeous rabbit, was in caring and empathetic hands.

I have used Companions Haven for a long time and cannot speak highly enough of the high quality caring service that they provide. The staff are very friendly and empathetic and nothing is too much trouble. 2 of my own pets went to their crematorium and we as a family were delighted with the way everything was dealt with. Keep up the good work, it means so much for grieving pet families to know that you are there for them.

Two stars for the effort of the postmen. We asked for the fingerprint in glue, and we received this disgusting sheet of paper, with some prints of the paws put in a hurry, muzzled and put in a remnant of foil. Even that wasn't whole. I don't even want to think about whether the ashes belong to our companion or whether there are others. That is the respect shown by this company. It's not about money, it's about the emotional trauma that this kind of behavior has left in our hearts. I recommend that you be very careful when choosing this type of service.
