We could not fault the experience we had at the Weston Super Mare branch last week for Mum's funeral. Like most people I expect, when we first went in, we had no idea what to do, but Anouska was fabulous.....kind and patient in explaining (many times!) what would happen. She went out of her way to contact the manager of the crematorium for us so that we could go and talk to him and get our concerns sorted out. I had no prior knowledge of Cooksley and Son Funeral Directors Weston-super-Mare and made a random choice when I was asked to give a name by a care home when my husband became a resident - after his passing Cooksley and Son took him into their care and Anouska then took us into her capable hands taking us through every step of the way making the experience as stress free as possible with empathy and patience - we were also fortunate that Anouska lead the funeral cortege at the service adding that warmth and respect to his farewell that we had already seen - I would like to thank the whole team
