We contacted rainbow pastures after our little dog was tragically killed by another dog. Tony was genuinely the most sympathetic and lovliest person I have ever met. Tony picked Crumpet up the same day from the vets and he kept me informed at every step of the way. Tony delivered crumpet back to us in a beautiful casket along with her paw prints 🐾 and hair clippings. We would highly recommend rainbow pastures 100% thank you Tony for bringing us some comfort at a very difficult time.

We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved Chocolate Labrador, Buddy, and entrusted Rainbow Pasture with his final care. From the very beginning, Tony and the team showed such compassion and professionalism, which made a very difficult time that little bit easier.
Buddy was collected from the vet within the hour, exactly as promised, and we were contacted immediately once he was in their care. That level of communication continued throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated.
Two weeks later, Buddy was returned to us in a lovely scatter tube, delivered personally to our home.

We lost our 12 year old budgie and Tony come and collected him and was so thoughtful and kind, he understood that budgie wasn't just a pet he was apart of our family. Tony kept us updated throughout the whole process. He's come back to us in such a lovely wooden casket that we can keep and treasure our pudgie budgie memories.

I lost my little Russian Dwarf hamster Bert 2 weeks ago, and I was amazed to find somewhere in Weston that does pet cremations. Tony was lovely and looked after him with such care and compassion, and I’m thrilled with the beautiful, personalised casket. I would recommend Rainbow Pastures to anyone who loses their furry friend.

On the 8th of August we had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Mulligan. Rainbow Pastures collected him within hours and handled everything with care and dignity. On the 18th, they personally returned his ashes in a scatter-box, which was beautifully done.
However, when I opened the invoice and card, I was shocked to see another name—Montague—instead of Mulligan. This immediately raised doubts: had the ashes been mixed up? I called, and although I was told it was indeed Mulligan, no one mentioned his name though, which left me uneasy. My husband followed up the next day and was told again it
