Having not had to organise a funeral before, the care and compassion shown by Kat and her team at Cheddar and District Funeral Directors was fantastic. We wanted something a little quirky which Kat was happy to get involved and help us with. I do not usually leave reviews, but having recently moved to the area we had no idea where to start when we lost our dear Mum. The google reviews for Kat and her team are spot on and this is what made Dad and I choose Cheddar and District Funeral Directors. We cannot express enough how our whole experience was turned from our darkest day to one of love and celebration of Mum's wonderful life. Having organised four funerals in six years I cannot recommend Kat any higher. From the first contact and throughout the whole process, the empathy and professionalism are second to none. All our requests were accommodated with ease and although sometimes I knew we were being a pain, we were never made to feel that we were.
