My Sister and I appointed E C Alderwicks in Hanham to arrange our Mum's funeral in November 2024. Kate was excellent - kind, helpful, sympathetic and professional. It felt as if she had all the time in the world for us, answered all our questions and her attention to detail was above and beyond. We had occasional meetings with Tracey, her colleague, who was equally wonderful. Everyone involved on the day of Mum's funeral, from the limousine driver to the Crematorium staff, were so kind, gracious and courteous.

It was complicated due to necessary delays and a split-date service, but the reassurance and kindness shown to the family was very moving and truly exceptional.
