My father passed away in June and as no clue I called them because they are based near my parents house . Since the conversation over the phone , I found the team , Charlie in particular , are very professional . They allowed me and my family to have time with my father and they handle him with very caring and love. They prepared him and arranged everything for us . Its incredible to believe but they are very human . They understand what you going through and give you support .
