⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Exceptional and Compassionate Service
From the very first phone call, Tina, Gary and Richard at Beacon Funeral Services were simply outstanding. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine care shone through every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much trouble — they went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly as we wished.

Tina and Richard put myself and my family at ease after my dad passed away last month.
The stressful situation was made simple and everyone at Beacon were patient with us. Any slight adjustments to the funeral and to Dad's attire were done promptly.
I couldn't have asked for a better experience both during the planning phase and during the funeral service itself!

Couldn’t recommend Beacon Funeral Services enough. From the moment we walked through the door, we were immediately acknowledged and treated with kindness and respect. We felt reassured that our dear mum would be in good hands. Tina was outstanding. She made us feel comforted and supported whenever we visited or contacted the team. The vintage hearse “Greta” was stunning and it was lovely to walk mum past her old home on the way to the service. A big thank you for all the support at a very difficult time.

Tina, Richard and all the team at Beacon Funeral Services,
I cannot thank you enough for the kindness and compassion you displayed towards me and my family throughout the difficult time of arranging my mum’s funeral. Nothing was too much trouble, from the order of service down to the suggested use of the beautiful hearse (Greta) - I am sure my mum would have approved.
Tina and Richard – you could not have made the process any easier, and I will not hesitate to recommend Beacon to others in their time of need.
Once again thank you very much.
Richard Smith and the whole family.

I do not have a single good word to say about this funeral director or its company director, Gary. The service has been appalling — no compassion, no professionalism, and no understanding of how to treat grieving families. They seem far more comfortable dealing with the dead than showing any respect to the living.
When I tried to make a complaint, Gary called from a blocked number and spoke to me in an intimidating manner. Staff are also completely unaware of their own complaints procedure and refused to provide any HR contact information.
