I cannot thank the staff at CPJ Field enough for their sensitive and discreet management of mum's funeral arrangements. Helping us by explaining the process, explaining the options, and giving detailed and instructive guidance on what was required and the timing. The service was both sad but joyful experience and everyone attending agreed that it was a wonderful celebration of mum life and a remembrance of her part in all our lives. Our family are very grateful to Carol and Amy in their support for us in initially setting up a funeral plan for my mum and subsequently activating it. All the details needed for organising her funeral were covered and communication (mainly with Amy) was very good. It also helped that their office was near to me.

The staff were all friendly especially Amy who made us feel at ease from the start. She even offered a hot drink on every visit to their office which was most welcome.
Amy was happy to answer our questions and ensured all our wishes were fulfilled.
When my Son wanted to see his Father's body at the Chapel of Rest in Bletchley, Amy met him there and provided comfort and support......kindly making sure that he was not too upset to drive back home afterwards.

Very caring and personal service. The Celebrant was amazing and gave all the information in such a way you would think he knew my Husband on a personal level. All the staff at HERITAGE and Sons were so kind and could not do enough for the family . My sons , Grandsons and personal friend wanted to be Pall Bearers and the official Pall Bearers not only allowed it but they gave them all the information they needed.
It truly was a very good and personal funeral and I do not hesitate to give 5 stars.
