I never thought I'd be leaving a review of a funeral directors, but then again, I never thought I'd be organising a funeral either. I suppose ultimately most people in their lifetime will have to sort out a funeral or 2. Malcolm Jones and Metcalfe were lovely the whole way through and very kind and helpful, they really do care and what is always going to be a difficult thing to go through, they helped make it less difficult. x
