As a family we couldn't thank John enough. He showed us love, care and compassion. He took the time to listen to us to ensure everything was how we wanted it for our father.
John made the whole painful process a lot easier, saying our last goodbye as a family he was there to support if needed, offering words of comfort as we cried as well as lots of cuddles. His kindness did not go unnoticed by the whole family.
