My beautiful mother passed 2024 and although cremation was already arranged I felt going back to j s Cowley who took care of my sister in 1975 would be something she would have wanted. The internment was ok handed by outside funeral assistant my experience has been awful arranging everything and her headstone, it's been one excuse after another I have now had to proof the stone for the 4th time with the excuse of that person has left or it's the wrong size etc.with the aid of computer s everyone should be able to communicate. Empathy is in short supply you know what area you are dealing with
