The prompt attendance and respect my sister received after her death, the support given by Debbie in dealing with the necessary detail and Mark's help at the Cremation. The flowers were from my sisters garden and the Order of Service used one of my sister's paintings and a photo of her two beloved cats. I would have no hesitancy in recommending this firm.

My elderly Dad sadly passed away recently. Adelaide at the Bletchley office was so kind and organised with her communication with me, I felt completely confident about arranging Mum's funeral. She gave me a list of everything we needed to consider and also liaised with the Rector at the Church. My e mails were always answered in a timely manner and she had the courtesy to phone me when Mum's body arrived in their care. On the day Edd and the other gentlemen were kind and meticulous, they were well presented and the Hearse and Limousine spotless. I would highly recommend H W Mason & Sons.

Mason's provided an excellent service from start to finish and certainly made a difficult time easier. Because mum's funeral took place under Covid restrictions I had a lot of extra questions and Jack answered them all promptly and fully - nothing was too much trouble for him. I had used Mason's previously for my dad's funeral and they were excellent on that occasion too. So I'm delighted to be able to say that, 18 years on, they're every bit as good now as they were then. Highly recommended.
