Everyone at the Bletchley funeral home were amazing and supportive throughout the whole process. I’d like to say a big thank you to Matty and Richard, they were so compassionate, made us feel so at ease at our most difficult time and made planning mums funeral arrangements stress free. I’d also like to thank Nick for supporting me and for his reassuring words at mum’s funeral, as a family we couldn’t have wished for a better service and send off for mum.

Centralised system made communication very difficult. All very stressful as arranging from a distance. Often no one answering the telephone. Original booking was not logged so had to do it all again. Wrong total on invoice received. The one star is for the undertaker who met me at the crematorium, Hamish who was excellent in every way.
