Excellent in every way. Communication from the very start was easy and stress free. My numerous questions were met with patient and clear answers (including when I asked the same question more than once). We spoke by phone, used text and email and nothing was too much trouble. The provision of the services on the day was faultless and without exception everyone involved was pleasant and polite - very professional and appropriate. I had absolutely no complaints or issues.
