At a very emotional time for my family Chantal, who arranged all my Fathers funeral details, was excellent. She was kind, thoughtful, empathetic and very efficient. I cannot recommend her highly enough. The lead pallbearer was also so very solicitous and helpful to my mother during the procession. The chosen flowers for the coffin were beautiful. I am very grateful for their excellent service.

Instead of proactively addressing challenges, we were frequently presented with obstacles that could have been avoided with clearer guidance.
