In April, we approached Heritage and Sons in Amersham to arrange the funeral of my father in law Tony Banham. I had no hesitation in contacting them, as the Winslow branch had made the arrangements for my parents funeral and had provided an excellent service.
As expected, Matthew and Lynda in Amersham didn't disappoint.
On our first visit we were welcomed and instantly made to feel comfortable and at ease. Matthew took details from us in a sensitive and understanding manner and guided us through the process. At all times he considered our specific requirements.

I arrived without an appointment the day that my husband had died. Lynda gave me all the time I needed to make the arrangements for his funeral, including a wonderful celebrant to manage the service. Throughout, Lynda was caring, understanding and very professional.
The whole difficult and emotional process was managed brilliantly and at no time did I feel that I was under any pressure. I really don't think anyone could have made things easier for me and I am very grateful for the care and respect both my husband and I were given throughout by both Lynda and Matthew.
