From the very first call, Louise handled everything with genuine compassion and guided us through the arrangements, including recommending a wonderful Reverend and florist. After my Dad died at Christmas last year, Finch & Sons were absolutely excellent… they explained the whole process very clearly, were sensitive but understood when humour was needed (so important!), liaised with the crematorium & we went with a personal recommendation of Mike’s for the wake which was great. Your kindness, support and guidance meant we were able to give our mum, grandmother and great-grandmother a funeral that truly reflected who she was and what she would have wanted.
