★☆☆☆☆ 🚨Extremely disappointed with this funeral home. Disturbingly it was made out that our family member was going to be kept their straight from the hospital... Infact he was taken to a different branch miles away in surrey while we were told that he was staying in Aylesbury & assured he was there. Yet he wasn't as they only have space for 3 people at a time. My mum asked is he here yet? The lady said yes he is. So that was a lie. We was also told they would remove his pacemaker in the Aylesbury branch but as he wasn't there it was done in Surrey & he was accidentally embalmed! Even through we as
