The team were all very polite, attentive and courteous throughout the day and looked after us so well. They were also particularly patient with my father regarding his accessibility issues and couldn't do more to help him getting into and out of the cars which was truly a great help.

I cannot express how strongly I would recommend against using this undertaker. Once my mum passed the care home rang Scholes and asked them to remove her body and keep her safe until my undertaker from Lancaster could come down to collect her. They did not call me to let me know they had her in their care even though they had been asked to do so. After 2 days I called to find out if she was in fact with them, got an out of hours service who said they didn't know but would send someone to Stamford to check.
