Unfortunately, we have required your services twice within the last year, losing two precious members of our family close together. On the day of each funeral, we were treated like royalty. Each hearse and limousine was driven with professionalism, insisting that our loved ones received the utmost respect on their final journey's. All of this means so much at such a difficult time.

We were very disappointed in how we were treated during a difficult time. When they were contacted by an upset relative who had some issues with the funeral, they refused to continue. They did not ask questions, or give us a chance to discuss any accusations made by the family member.
This was not ideal, but understandable, I can understand their staff not wanting to get close to a family dispute (although talking to us would have resolved it). but they then proceeded to make it difficult for us to make arrangements elsewhere, and refused to release the green form (required for release of a b
