From the first day of meeting David, We felt comfortable,was treated with respect and understood our needs of what our mum wanted. There was no sales pressure or up selling. Professional from beginning to end. We wasn't rushed in anyway on the day. Took fabulous care of mum and I can hear her now, her bouncy bubbly self saying yes with her thumb up, what a lovely people to deal with. I'd use them again!
