This is the second time we've used thier services. From first point on contact thier compassion is amazing. Nothing and I mean nothing, however silly it seems, is too much trouble. Both you and the deceased are treated as proper human beings not numbers. Nothing rushed, no trying to get you to have better, no trying to sell you something you dont need, everything is about you and the deceased.
I wasn't prepared for my dad to be taken when they arrived to take his body from the care home. No problem "we'll be outside until you're ready for us to take him" no pushing for me to hurry up. The chap
