I honestly can’t think that there would have been a better service with any other company.
From the very get go Andrew was efficient, friendly, respectful, dependable and so focused on attention to detail in a way that made this experience as painless as possible.
For example we told him that my dad was an RAF veteran and he organised them to send a standard bearer to the service. Something that was incredibly moving for us. This is one example of the many things Andrew did for us and we are all eternally grateful.
